Metrobus :un nuevo sistema de transporte seguro, cómodo y confiable (26 de marzo de 2010)

El ministro de la Presidencia, Jimmy Papadimitriu anunció este domingo el nacimiento de un nuevo sistema de operaciones que se llamará Metrobus y que comenzará a brindar su servicio el 26 de marzo de 2010. El concesionario que resulte ganador de la licitación pública tendrá un plazo de un año para reemplazar el cien por ciento de la flota, contado a partir del inicio de la operación.

“Este es nuestro plan, este es nuestro compromiso. Durante el año 2010, 600 mil usuarios se beneficiarán con un nuevo sistema de transporte Seguro, Cómodo y Confiable, el Metrobus, como merece nuestro pueblo desde hace mucho tiempo”, dijo el Ministro de la Presidencia.

CRONOGRAMA DEL PROCESO DE LICITACIÓN:

Nuevo sistema de transporte.

• Este 26 de Noviembre el pliego de cargos de licitación estará disponible en Panamá-Compra.

• Del 7 al 13 de enero, se realizará la homologación del proceso de licitación, lo que implica revisar en detalle con los proponentes los términos contenidos en el pliego de cargos.

• El 26 de Febrero será la fecha para recibir las ofertas de cada uno de los proponentes.

• El 26 de marzo se emitirá el informe de la comisión evaluadora, y se espera que a más tardar el 29 de marzo se adjudique la licitación al nuevo concesionario.

“Con esto, daremos por concluido un arduo trabajo de análisis, pero comenzará un gran desafío de ejecución, y todos podremos observar día a día el AVANCE en nuestro sistema de transporte.”, dijo el Ministro, quien añadió que el sistema de operación del Metrobus tendrá como mínimo una zona que cubrirá las áreas urbanas de San Miguelito y la ciudad de Panamá hasta Pacora y será administrada por un operador.

CARÁCTERÍSTICAS MÁS IMPORTANTES DEL NUEVO SISTEMA:

1) RENOVACION DE LA FLOTA:

• Se dispondrá de nuevos buses de alta capacidad, fabricados exclusivamente para traslado de pasajeros que dispondrán de sistema de aire acondicionado. Y dispondrán de asientos cómodos y puestos reservados para la tercera edad y embarazadas, y acceso para discapacitados, bajo las debidas normas de seguridad. Estos puestos estarán debidamente señalizados en el interior de cada bus.

• Las nuevas unidades contarán con puerta de acceso y descenso independientes, y timbre para solicitar paradas.

• Estos buses estarán regulados por normas de seguridad sumamente estrictas, además de que se aumentarán los controles en las piqueras o terminales.

2) CONDUCTORES RESPONSABLES Y CAPACITADOS:

• Los conductores serán contratados por la empresa concesionaria, recibiendo capacitación técnica y de servicio, para que se le brinde un buen trato al usuario, haciendo su viaje más seguro.

• Además, tendrán sueldo fijo, horarios establecidos y seguro social. De esta manera, se pondrá fin a las regatas y habrá orden de salida en el recorrido, para evitar la competencia entre buseros por recoger a los pasajeros.

3) PASAJE UNICO:

• Una vez que todo el sistema nuevo esté funcionando, se implementará el Pasaje único en el METROBUS. Con esta innovación, el usuario pagará una sola vez de ida y una sola vez de vuelta su pasaje, y podrá hacerlo a través de tarjetas recargables.

4) REORGANIZACIÓN DE RUTAS:

• Este sistema contará con una organización eficiente en cuanto a los recorridos, lo que disminuirá las esperas en las paradas y garantizará la frecuencia de las unidades, haciendo confiable su viaje.

    El metro bus es complemento del METRO que es lo que viene a determinar las vias longitudinales que facilitara el despliegue de la poblacion en sus afluentes que es exactamente el Metrobuss. Lo mas primordial a corto plazo es el metrobus para ir reemplazando a los miserables asesinos del volante que son los diablos rojos, y despues en 4 anos se termina el METRO.

  Al fin un presidente tratará de ponerle el cascabel al gato al pésimo sistema de transporte aquí y ya el pueblo(no todos)se están quejando. Ya están pegando el grito al cielo por el precio del pasaje, pero si queremos viajar cómodos y seguros tenemos que pagar un poco más; porque si se tiene plata para tarjetas de celular y para guaro, también se debe tener para pagar el pasaje. Además tenemos que ver como marcha el proyecto y no hablar antes de tiempo, recordemos que este sistema alimentará al metro.Ojalá que este proyecto se haga realidad y le calle la jeta a muchos bocones y criticones, sobre todo a los PERREDOSOS.

  Ciertamente esto no eliminara los tranques. Seguire tomando tres horas para llegar a mi trabajo. Pero prefiero pasar tres horas sentado, con aire acondicionado, leyendo un libro o escuchando musica, que pasar esar tres horas en un asiento vulelto verga, con tres personas mas, una a cada lado, todos sudados y ediondos, o si me toca pasillo tener que soportar que practicamente la gente me ponga el culo en la cara. Estoy dispuesto a pagar hasta un dolar por esta solucion... el que se queje es un maldito desgraciado, perro, miserable muerto de hambre, que quiere seguir pagando ese misero cuara y continuar en esas porrrrrquerias de buses, aceptarian hasta que la gente les tire un peo en la cara, pero no pargar un real mas... pero pa chupar en carnavales si hay plata verdad?

    Mireya reconstruyó el hospital Santo Tomás, mejor dicho casi lo hizo nuevo. Ahora es a prueba de terremoto y tiene una vida útil de 100 años aproximadamente.
    También, compro para el Estado 3 hospitales que estaban casi nuevos. Estos son el San Judas Tadeo, Hospital América y el San Miguel Arcangel. Además, hizo hospitales nuevos en David, Santiago de Veraguas, etc.
    Hizo una planta potabilizadora del agua que provee del vital líquido a la sesta parte del total de la población del país.
    Además, hizo una red vial en el interior del país para que los agricultores pudieran sacar sus productos de las áreas rurales a las áreas urbanas del interior del país, para abaratar los alimentos. Lamentablemente, el gobierno que la sucedió no se sirvió de esto para bajar el precio de los alimentos.
    Tambien, hizo el puente Centenario, el cual le mereció un premio internacional por ser este uno de los siete mejores puentes del mundo.

      la unica ruta q puede tomar un bus que va hacia pacora es la ave. domingo diaz o corredor. con el tranque q se forma, tomara el mismo tiempo q en un diablo rojo. Es mass.. el articulado de martin era mas eficiente en tal caso, porq este iba a tener un carril especial para los buses y estos buses tienen mayor capacidad.

        pero como nuestra ciudad no tiene el mejor de los diseños es bastante ineficiente, otra cosa las indemnizaciones hubieran sido estratosfericas
