Varias auditorías de la Contraloría General de la República señalan la participación directa de Hector Valdés Carrasquilla, el ex tesorero municipal Fernando Hernández, el ex ingeniero municipal Eric Zapata y otras personas allegadas al alcalde, por supuestos manejos irregulares de fondos públicos desde el año 2006.

Carrasquilla denuncia persecucion, pero no de la oposicion, si no de propios miembros del PRD! Algo debio haber hecho el alcalde para ganarse enemigos en su propio partido. Pero, que fue lo que hizo?

  ¿Qué son las infecciones arbovirales?

  ¿Cómo se transmiten las infecciones arbovirales?

  ¿Cómo se pueden evitar las infecciones arbovirales?
  Las personas que están al aire libre en áreas infestadas por mosquitos o garrapatas pueden aplicarse un repelente contra insectos que contenga DEET para proteger la piel expuesta, siguiendo las indicaciones del envase. También pueden usar mangas largas, meter el borde de los pantalones dentro de las medias y la camisa dentro de los pantalones cuando están en lugares poblados por garrapatas o al aire libre durante el amanecer y el atardecer, las horas de mayor actividad de los mosquitos. Se recomienda usar ropa de colores claros para detectar las garrapatas con facilidad.
  Para disminuir las poblaciones de mosquitos de la casa y los alrededores, reducir o eliminar el agua estancada:
  • Eliminar latas, recipientes de plástico, cerámica y similares.
  • Retirar y eliminar los neumáticos desechados. Los neumáticos usados sirven como criadero de mosquitos.
  • Perforar la base de los recipientes de reciclado que se guardan al aire libre.
  • Confirmar que las canaletas de los techos drenen bien y limpiar las canaletas obstruidas en primavera y otoño.
  • Retirar las hojas caídas de patios y jardines.
  • Poner boca abajo las piletas para los niños y carretillas cuando no se usan.
  • Cambiar el agua de los bebederos de aves dos veces por semana.
  • Retirar las plantas y la basura de los bordes de estanques.
  • Limpiar piscinas, saunas al aire libre y jacuzzis y echarles cloro.
  • Drenar el agua de los cobertores de piletas.
  • Diseñar el declive del terreno para eliminar el agua que se acumula en la casa.
  • Confirmar que los mosquiteros de ventanas y puertas funcionen correctamente y estén en buenas condiciones.
