        el incidente en cuestion es una falta de cmunicacion grave, pero no amerita el despido de nadie, es impolrtante la intervencion del presidente y exigir claro respeto entre las partes..pero el cargo q se tiene en ambos ministerios no es relajo para estar cambiando asi nada mas. repito...este es un desfile. un evento q debio ser a todas luces armonioso y alegre... es vergonzosa esta pelea, pero no por ello se debe poner en peligro los avances q se han logrado...al menos en educacion porq vaya uno a saber si ha habido avance alguno en la seguridad.

    siempre el q ha dado el orden de donde y cuando se presenta cada grupo en eld esfile lo da el ministerio de educacion. asi de sencillo.... quien en su sano juicio le gusta q otro le interrumpa o le diga como debe ser el orden...esto es un desfile para honrar la patria...porq habria pelea en el orden q ella le dio..aun si fuera el ultimo lugar...es el ministerio quien dictamina el orden.Si queria Mulino figurar de primero debio hablar ese tema antes de los desfiles con la ministra y si lo hablo y se qdo callado para hacer rabietas a ultimo momento entonces es tan bipolar como su jefe.
